b) This time with 23 DH points in the two hands, it is obvious to over-bid
to 2
… and normal to overbid to 3
not vulnerable ("medium" risk). Show that on most occasions you would
need to do it: being vulnerable the opponents will most often only have
23 DH points in their hands and will not have the means to over-bid to
3 .
